Chicago Liposuction - Liposculpture
Liposuction surgery removes fat cells from areas containing a concentration of fat with a rippled appearance. These stubborn, exercise resistant fat cells are usually very difficult to get rid of, even with a fitness routine and a healthy diet.
The liposuction procedure involves the suctioning of fat through a hollow tube called a cannula, into a vacuum-like device. The incisions are barely visible, being only about a quarter of an inch long. They are placed strategically so as to leave minimal scarring.
Patients can expect bruising and soreness for a few days after having surgery. Most people usually make it back to work in a couple of days, although this recovery period can vary depending on the extent of the work done. Liposuction is a relatively simple procedure when compared to other cosmetic surgery treatments, and offers exciting results.
